Worth the Wait empowers adolescent and young adult cancer survivors on their path to parenthood by providing financial support and resources for fertility preservation, family-building treatments, adoption, and surrogacy. Emergency Fertility Preservation Grants assist those who haven’t started treatment, while Post-Cancer Treatment Family Building Grants support survivors after treatment. Grants are paid directly to clinics or agencies and have set usage timelines.
