UNC Lineberger is North Carolina’s only public National Cancer Institute designated comprehensive cancer center. As the AYA Cancer Program at the state cancer hospital, we strive to improve care for AYAs throughout North Carolina. We aim to accomplish this through education, clinical collaborations and research partnerships with providers outside UNC-Chapel Hill.
We partner with Duke and Wake Forest to host a yearly AYA oncology symposium. This unique partnership allows us to bring multidisciplinary providers and researchers from around the state together for a day of learning and collaboration.
