Team Maggie’s Dream recognizes the heavy burden that young adult cancer patients experience when needing to financially fund fertility preservation and storage fees with very short notice. The Team Maggie’s Dream Grant provides Fertility Assistance Grants up to $2,500 to assist with fertility preservation expenses.
